The IS200TBCIH2C is a board component manufactured by GE. This is a small board designed as a terminal board for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is a gas/steam turbine management system released by GE as part of the ‘Speedtronic’ line, which began in the 1960s with the MKI and continued through the 1990s with the MKVI and MKVIe.
The IS200TBCIH2C is a Contact Input Group Isolation (TBCI) terminal board. The board is built with two terminal blocks and three cable connectors. The terminal blocks (TB1/TB2) each have 24 screw connections, or 12 contacts each. Wiring to these contacts uses up to #12 AWG wires. These boards are barrier type terminal blocks that can be unplugged from the board for maintenance purposes. The cable connectors are DC-37 (female) connectors with latching fasteners. These are labeled JT1/JS1/JR1. The board has two plug connectors for power input. These are labeled JE1/JE2. The board is surrounded by a metal frame that includes a shield terminal strip/bar.
The IS200TBCIH2C has filters that reduce high-frequency noise and also suppress surge on each input. A pair of terminal points is used for each input, with one screw providing the positive dc source and the second point providing the return to the board. Current loading is 2.5 mA per point for the first 21 inputs. The last three have a 10 mA load. The board has no hardware settings or jumpers.
