DS200DCFBG1B is a power board manufactured by GE for Mark V board series. AC2000, CB2000, DC2000, FC2000, ME2000 and EX2000 series machines can install boards in the drive. When installed, this card provides control level power and enclosure fan power to the drives. Voltage rated between 38 and 115 VAC can be supplied directly to the circuit board through the control power transformer. The frequency of the circuit board depends on the input voltage, but can be in the range of 0 to 500kHz.
The board has a number of circuits that power the board and the installed drives. DS200DCFBG1B is composed of electric field power supply, driver, AC/DC monitoring and control level power supply circuit. The 12 jumpers and 7 DIP switches on the board provide users with configurable system options. Fuse switch diagnostics are performed using two LEDs and a neon indicator on the circuit board. Three protective fuses prevent power interruption. The voltage can be monitored using five test points integrated on the board.
