Product Description
The 30V4060 is a 30 HP GV3000/SE AC Drive. It is the 6.06 version of this drive created by Reliance Electric. Baldor Reliance and ASEA Brown Boveri may have also produced this model of drive depending on its manufacturing years. This is a legacy series drive and may not be easily found. AX Control, however, still makes every attempt to keep it stocked.

The 30V4060 is a 3-phase AC drive that has the capacity to switch between vector and volts/hertz regulation. It weighs right around 32 pounds. It is 360/460 VAC. It has a max input amps of 45 and is 60 Hz. It has a 40 amp AC output. It has an 85 kiloamp short circuit system rating at 460 VAC.

The 30V4060 is surrounded by a NEMA 1 type chassis. It can not be used for outside applications because it does not have a dust/drip-tight enclosure. It contains air vents along its sides and back. There is an RS-232 9-pin female connection port slightly below the keypad that is in the top right-hand corner of the faceplate. In the top left-hand corner of the faceplate is a large red power LED light that glows when the drive is receiving power. This chassis has a large terminal strip on the bottom with three terminal screws. It also has a terminal strip on top and it has five terminal screws. The keypad on the 30V4060 is built-in and comes standard with all GV/3000 SE drives. The keypad allows the user to read the display that is located on the regulator by providing a clear display. The regulator is connected to the keypad using a bracket that is attached to the keypad.
