● The power line, control line and PLC power line and I/O line shall be wired separately, and the isolation transformer shall be connected with PLC and I/O with double rubber wires. Separate the IO line and high-power line of PLC. If it must be in the same slot, separate the AC line and DC line. If conditions permit, the slot routing is the best, which can not only make it have the largest possible space distance, but also minimize the interference.
● PLC shall be far away from strong interference sources such as electric welding machine, high-power silicon rectifier and large power equipment, and shall not be installed in the same switchgear with high-voltage electrical appliances. The PLC in the cabinet shall be away from the power line (the distance between the two shall be greater than 200mm). Inductive loads installed in the same cabinet with PLC, such as the coils of high-power relays and contactors, should be connected in parallel with RC arc suppression circuit.
● The input and output of PLC should be wired separately, and the switching value and analog value should also be laid separately. The transmission of analog signal shall adopt shielded wire, and the shielding layer shall be grounded at one or both ends, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 1/10 of the shielding layer resistance
● The AC output line and DC output line should not use the same cable, and the output line should be far away from the high-voltage line and power line as far as possible to avoid parallel.
